The PMU Circle Cancellation Policy

You can then cancel your membership at any time.

Once you subscribe to a monthly, or annual membership and once your account has been accessed, no refunds will be available.

Whilst your account is active, you will instantly have access to all available classes (depending on the Tier of membership you are subscribed to)

Should your account go to ‘on hold’ status or be cancelled, you will no longer be able to access The PMU Circle Classes and you will be removed from the member’s Facebook group.

You can re-sign up at any time, however, once cancelled your current pricing is no longer locked in. If prices have increased, your new account will be at the new billing price.

It is The PMU Circle Ltd’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you, which you may provide to us, in the circumstances set out below.

We only collect Personal Data where you choose to interact with us by signing up for a subscription.

• First name
• Last name
• Your business name (sometimes)
• Your address
• Payment type – Payment details are held by our payment processor, not us

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our Website – such as the type of browser and operating system you are using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider.

We do not link this information with any Personal Data.

We will only use your Personal Data legitimately. We use your Personal Data to:

• manage your subscription to our website;

We share Personal Data as necessary with third parties who provide services or functions on our behalf and who require the information to provide those specific services to us.

These third parties may include social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google Adwords for the purpose of custom audience generation and the development of targeting criteria for other audiences.

PayPal and Stripe for the purpose of processing necessary payments and subscriptions.
